To submit your Time Sheet online, email a scanned copy of your Time Sheet (with your name in the subject line) to staff@allegianceability.com.
Please note: We will not give you your check until we have the original copy of your Time Sheet. You can either mail in the original copy, or you can stop by the office and drop it off.

Please make a copy of your time sheet to keep track of your hours. The PCA can only work 275 hours a month.
